Shipping & Return Policy
All handmade orders are made within 8 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email.
All "Ready To Ship" orders are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Lead times are subject to change depending on the current volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of my control.
We ship all packages via USPS Priority with insurance
We offer $10 flat rate shipping within the United States.
We offer a $30 flat rate shipping fee for all orders outside of the United States.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Marabou Lingerie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We currently do not offer in store pick ups, but we are working on having a more accessible shop for customers to visit soon!
Please be sure to ship your order to an address that can safely receive USPS packages.
Order Status Updates
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Lost or stolen packages
We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your item shows as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local Post Office to file a missing package report.
We ship all packages via USPS Priority with insurance, you can file an insurance claim with your local post office. Please file your claim immediately.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis, and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
